5 Habits I Never Miss *Entrepreneur Edition*

How I keep my energy levels optimal for maximum CEO performance

I wanted to share what I have been doing to keep myself functioning optimally (mind, body & spirit) while rapidly growing 2 businesses (Fun fact: I own an F45 for those of you who don’t know that)!

Maintaining your energy levels are crucial, as it will be a DIRECT reflection of your capacity to optimize your performance as a CEO.

More energy = greater execution = accelerated success

I am sharing my favourite high performing habits that keep me thriving (and sane) while growing and operating 2 businesses:

  • Training 5-6 days a week

I normally start my day at 6AM @ the gym. I love a mix of resistance training (glute days are my fave) & F45. This time is non-negotiable and sets me up strong for the day.

  • Supplements to keep my gut happy & keep inflammation + bloating down

Black seed oil: tastes really bad (think oregano oil vibes) but does wonders for my inflammation. Take on an empty stomach in the AM.

Digest gold: digestive capsules, life changing (SECRET WEAPON as per my health coach)

L-glutamine: helps with muscle repair and is a natural hunger suppressant (usually mix with my pre-workout in the AM)

  • Therapy

Even as an Entrepreneur hypnotherapist, I regularly train my mindset and keep my nervous system regulated with the help of a hypnotherapist!

Even as an expert in my field, I still need help finding my own blindspots, to help overcome my mindset blocks which naturally come up as I generate more success and continue taking massive action in both my businesses.

  • Body work (chiropractor, massage, acupuncture)

As a result of training my mind & body hard, I know recovery and repair are just as important. I go 1-2x monthly for each of those modalities.

  • Night cap

I drink magnesium at night for muscle repair, relaxation and a good night's sleep (so important). I love the raspberry lemon flavour from Calm!

As always, a little quote for you to ponder for the day.

Action cures fear. Indecision, postponement on the other hand fertilize fear.
