Master This One Skill For Insane Success & Happiness
Reprogram Your Decision Making Capabilities
The key to insane success is not sexy but it’s quite simple.
Although there are a few factors at play, there is one common thread that is tried and true amongst my multi-millionaire clients.
It comes down to how fast & well you make decisions.
But 99% of people are doomed to an average life because they don’t know why they make the decisions they do.
You will know that you fall into this category because your default mental playlist is as such:
“It’s always been this way”
“It always happens to me”
“I don’t how to change it, even though I know better”
Your decisions are in fact, unconscious choices, programmed incorrectly from childhood. MEMORIZED BEHAVIORS that have now in adulthood become ultra-automatic.
That is why you can’t seem to change your behavior, no matter how much “you know better”.
Unfortunately, this is where most people get stuck, navigating life with the hope of change, only to repeatedly sabotage themselves, preventing them from reaching their full potential.
Actively standing in the way of more success, happiness, and love.
This proves to be one of the most exasperating experiences for my clients. The fear of never realizing their true potential lingers, as they sense something blocking their path.
You have to realize that your life is a series of micro & macro decisions that lead to your next level of success, so your focus needs to be on closing the gap between thought and execution.
But what happens in that gap is crucial. It will make or break you.
So here are the 2 subconscious blocks necessary to reprogram to consistently make decisions with conviction that produce high-level execution.
To ensure what happens “in that gap” is in your favor. So you can finally close the gap to your next level of unbelievable success & unlock your greatest potential.
Reprogram Block #1: Crush Analysis Paralysis
OVERTHINKING COSTS MONEY.
There is something to say about
Looking at the data
Making a plan with that data
Assessing risk
But most do not have the EQ to do that efficiently, as their thoughts are heavily weighted towards fear & survival, which is the catalyst for OVERTHINKING.
The default mental playlist sounds like this:
What if I lose everything?
What if it doesn’t work?
What if I fail?
What if I mess everything up?
These thoughts are generated as a protective mechanism by your subconscious to shield you from POTENTIAL failure and rejection.
And this mental block is closely connected to perfectionism.
The fear of not being seen as perfect or not making the perfect move … as in childhood you learn this is correlated with pain, ridicule, embarrassment, comparison and consequence.
So since this is the dominant narrative, this causes you to get stuck in your head, overthinking, and overanalyzing every decision, manifesting negative thoughts that lead to self-doubt, which ultimately keeps you stuck procrastinating and not executing.
Lack of convicted execution = not reaching your goals
Overthinking and overanalyzing are habits.
We all know, our habits determine our success.
These bad habits prevent potential pain but ironically sends you into doom spirals & self-sabotaging behaviours that block success.
And the reality is that NOTHING IS HAPPENING.
You are worrying about an imagined worst case scenario, not rooted in reality. But it impacts your reality in a very real way.
Your fears are being projected into the present which directly impacts your ability to make decisions for the future.
That isn’t going to get you very far, is it?
Because if you logically think about it - if you didn’t doubt yourself, you would move forward with conviction.
Next, you have to look at the quality of the decision
Part 2: Quality of the decision
Decisions fall into two categories: Empowered or Disempowered
So what is the difference?
99% of people operate in a disempowered state without realizing it.
They are unaware of subconscious self-sabotaging behaviors such as people-pleasing, defensive actions driven by the belief that others are against them, fear of conflict, avoidance, energy spent on proving oneself leading to overcompensation, and difficulties in setting healthy boundaries.
Their decisions are driven by fear, shame, guilt, anger, sadness.
These are disempowered decisions because you are playing not to win but rather, not to lose.
Some examples include:
You settle in negotiations out of a fear of speaking up, worried about potential losses.
Your emotions often take control, leading to explosive reactions during negotiations, where you take things personally, and your judgment becomes clouded.
The reluctance to ask for help, fearing it may make you appear weak, causes you to miss significant opportunities and leave substantial money on the table.
The avoidance of restructuring to avoid upsetting team members restricts necessary changes.
The decision to refrain from expansion is driven by the desire to prevent burnout.
The fear of looking stupid, bad or upsetting others prevents you from sharing your brilliant ideas
The reluctance to potentially make people mad or drive them away hinders your ability to assert yourself as a powerful leader
There are so many ways you keep yourself small and each decision is pushing you away from your greatest potential.
Your decisions hold the intention of preservation (survival).
Even though they can move you forward, the delta of your move is smaller, less powerful, and not as impactful toward closing the gap to your future goals.
Not to mention, there is a lot more mental friction.
Whereas empowered decisions are made consciously, from an internal drive & power because you are in complete control.
You accept that you can only control what you can and in essence, only make decisions and moves designed to WIN, as you are not clouded by negative emotional states that tinker with your clarity.
This mindset empowers you to stand firm in the face of uncertainty. You possess a deep sense of conviction, trusting yourself completely and taking full responsibility for crafting the life you desire—an ongoing, sustainable process.
So in summary mastering high quality decision making for success requires you to:
Eliminate analysis paralysis stemming from subconscious survival
Reprogram your mind to boost your EQ so you can CHOOSE a decision rooted in empowerment
My clients harnessed the power of hypnosis, experiencing a transformation that propelled them to close larger deals than ever. They now navigate negotiations & business with a sense of unwavering conviction, profound fulfillment, and a noticeable reduction in constant stress.
The founders & entrepreneurs I have worked with have gone on to:
Make a million in one week
5 sales closed in a week, also hitting his highest month ever
Landing 1.5M in new funding after being homeless
Landing a multi-7 figure contract with a national brand
These few examples provide just a glimpse of how reprogramming your mind for high-quality decision-making can transform this skill and habit into a natural mechanism. The consistent byproduct is invariably marked by massive success.
At the end of the day, the more you can control the speed and quality of your decisions, the more control you have over the acceleration of your future. Period.
