Reprogram Anxiety For Good
How my clients experience a 50% decrease in only 4 weeks
99% OF ANXIETY ISN'T REAL
I know this to be true because I have seen it happen like clockwork.
Within 4 weeks, a remarkable shift occurs with my clients:
No more waking up with anxiety.
The incessant late-night rumination comes to a halt.
Explosive emotional reactions slow down.
Overthinking spirals cease.
Fear of failure becomes a relic of the past.
Worries about others' opinions fade away.
Even smoking tendencies vanish as stress dissipates.
The positive changes go on and on.
Once this transformation takes place, a whole new experience of life unfolds:
Better performance at work.
Improved relationships with loved ones.
Enhanced personal fulfillment and satisfaction, as choosing happiness becomes second nature.
Your whole experience of life transforms, better than you could ever imagine
The speed at which these results materialize is astounding because I identify with precision, the root cause of why you're choosing to create anxiety.
Yes, you heard it right—99% of the time, anxiety is a choice.
Rooted in a thought.
Stemming from a limiting belief.
It only exists in your mind.
Today, let's delve into the only two reasons why anxiety persists in your life. By reprogramming these factors, you can break free from your self-imposed torture and unleash your full potential.
ASSAILANT #1: YOU ARE NOT PRESENT
I know you know about “being present”
You know and understand the concept
But like most, you do not know how to embody this transformative state
When anxiety grips you, it's typically because you're fixated on the future—a future that hasn't happened yet.
The reality is that you can’t predict the future. You just can’t.
Anxiety persists because you are creating a projection from your past, which is particularly challenging when your past is tainted with failure and rejection.
As a child, you learned that imperfection led to consequences, fostering a fear of uncertainty (you can likely relate to this feeling today as an adult, a learned bad habit)
Your past associations hijack your emotional state, clouding your judgment and hindering clear decision-making for your future.
Essentially, you're worrying about something that isn't actively real in the present.
You're creating a problem in your mind—a projection of fears and limitations—out of fear of making a mistake.
Therefore you will subconsciously sabotage your future success to avoid this pain, earmarked by overthinking, procrastination all symptoms of anxiety.
The secret key is learning to BE PRESENT
Right here, right now.
This is the only moment you have to make a choice
To control your future
Let go of the wrong focus • The how • The when • The who
Eliminate the WHAT IF mental spirals of doom. (What if it doesn’t work out. All the ways it can’t and won’t)
When you reprogram your limiting beliefs that cause anxiety, you can regain control of being present.
This will allow you to focus on your next step. The only thing you can control. The possibility of something new. Train your mind to be open to potentiality
The truth is, playing in the field of potentiality is the only way your new desired reality will be created.
Presence gives you the elusive control that most seek in the face of uncertainty.
This control is rooted a deep level of self-belief & trust.
This is the certainty you seek.
The one in yourself that never wavers.
You have mastered an unshakable internal locus of control.
Thus the anxiety naturally fades away when you can actively make an empowered choice that you know is within your control, and that will have the most significant impact on accelerating the manifestation of your desired future.
ASSAILANT NUMBER TWO: THE APPROVAL QUEST
The Good Old Validation Cycle
Desiring the approval of others is a common thread that weaves through many lives.
It manifests in:
a desire to be liked by everyone
a wish to be perceived in a specific light
a need for recognition and admiration
Consequently, every move is meticulously considered as overthinking becomes the norm, driven by a deep-seated aversion to conflict.
Your fear of making a mistake amplifies this mental dance.
The worry about how others might perceive you—potentially as a failure, loser, weak, or worse—introduces a layer of doubt. A fear that you will be exposed for your shortcomings.
The truth is, you cannot predict what others will think or whether you'll falter.
Nor can you control it.
Another fabricated scenario, not rooted in reality but in fact, directly impacting your life trajectory.
All these intrusive thoughts, create doubt, giving rise to your all-too-familiar anxiety.
At the core of it all, lies an underlying fear that you are not good enough, compelling you to embark on a relentless pursuit of more, a quest to prove your worth and seek validation (subconsciously).
A truly exhaustive cycle.
This pattern originates in childhood, where the belief takes hold that love, visibility, celebration, and recognition are contingent on perfection, performance, and excellence.
This belief becomes deeply ingrained, operating on an ultra-subconscious level.
The repercussions are damaging to one’s confidence & realized potential: overextension in relationships, accompanied by a lingering sense of underappreciation and resentment. Workplace burnout becomes a constant threat, fueled by the fear that easing off the gas pedal will result in everything falling apart. Success, as measured by money, accolades and perceived lifestyle, becomes the detrimental yardstick for self-worth.
All these external factors dictate your worth, leading you into cycles that promise exhaustion, resentment, and a persistent sense of fulfillment.
The problem lies in living a life directed by the perceived expectations of others, constantly seeking to please and sidestep conflict.
Unfortunately, these decisions usually lead to self-sabotaging your true potential for success and ultimate happiness.
The solution lies in reprogramming this maladaptive, survival mechanism. It involves cultivating a sense of safety, trust, and anchoring within yourself.
There's no longer a need for external validation; instead, your robust self-identity takes center stage.
Reprogramming your mind builds a masterful internal locus of control—one where your actions are guided by your empowered identity, free from the disempowering cycles of seeking approval.
It's about liberating yourself from the invisible pressure of external expectations (“I just want them to be proud, to appreciate me, to feel respected”) and embracing decisions that are genuinely aligned with your well-being regardless of what other says or do.
This is true power, strength & purpose.
In essence, you stop holding yourself back from greatness.
Reprogramming these two subconscious root causes will alleviate anxiety quickly. I can guarantee you will experience at least a 50% reduction of anxiety & stress within your first month alone (SEE ALL MY HAPPY CLIENTS HERE).
